Chillicothe (Tuesday, April 10, 2018) – A pair of back-to-back, single-day culvert replacement projects has been scheduled on state Route 772 in Ross County, and the route will be closed two consecutive days this week.
On Wednesday, April 11, crews from the Ohio Department of Transportation’s Ross County Highway Maintenance Facility will close S.R. 772 between County Road 175 (Liberty Hill Road) and Township Road 176 (McCann Road) to replace a deteriorated pipe. Then on Thursday, April 12, crews will close the route between T.R. 170 (Chester Hill Road) and T.R. 169B (Baptist Hill Road).
S.R. 772 will be closed from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. each day, with the route open to evening and overnight travel. During periods of closure, motorists will be detoured by way of U.S. 23 and S.R. 220 in Pike County.
