Grand Jury indicts 28

Scioto County Prosecutor Mark Kuhn announced that Scioto County Grand Jury met on March 23 and has returned 28 public indictments.

Those indicted include:

JERRY L. HOLSINGER, 34, of West Portsmouth, who was indicted on the charge of failure to appear

TRACY PECK, 29, of Portsmouth, who was indicted on the charge of possessing criminal tools

WILLIAM ROTH, 57, homeless, who was indicted on charges of breaking and entering and possessing criminal tools

COREY D. PULLINGS, 40, of Portsmouth, who was indicted on the charge of having weapons while under disability

SHAWNA L. LATTIMORE, 46, of Portsmouth, who was indicted on the charges of obstructing official business, possessing criminal tools, possessing drug abuse instruments and permitting drug abuse

DARREL E. LATTIMORE, JR., 26, of Portsmouth, who was indicted on charges of possessing criminal tools and possessing drug abuse instruments

JEFFREY K. WILLIAMS, 22, of Dayton, who was indicted on the charges of obstructing official business, illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse, carrying a concealed weapon, aggravated possession of drugs, possession of marijuana and possession of cocaine

TERRY RAFALOWSKI, 51, of Portsmouth, who was indicted on the charge of an OVI

JAMES WD WILLIAMS, IV, 36, of Portsmouth, who was indicted on the charge of an OVI

JERROD W. SEXTON, 34 Stout, who was indicted on the charge of domestic violence

ALICIA ANNE BENNETT, 29 Minford, who was indicted on charges of theft, theft from a person in a protected class, misuse of credit cards and seven counts of forgery

CHRISTOPHER TODD LAMPKIN, 39, of Portsmouth, who was indicted on charges of theft, theft from a person in a protected class and misuse of credit cards

JEANNE M. STILTNER, 39, of Portsmouth, who was indicted on the charge of assault

VENISHA ROSE MURNAHAN, 40, of Stout, who was indicted on the charge of obstructing justice

CURTIS MATTHEW SPARKS, 35, of Portsmouth, who was indicted on the charge of burglary

ROBERT P. MORRIS, 47, of Portsmouth, who was indicted on charges of aggravated possession of drugs and possession of marijuana

ERIC R. WHITBY, 38, of Portsmouth, who was indicted on charges of aggravated possession of drugs and possession of marijuana

CODY BELVEAL, 24 of Sciotoville, who was indicted on charges of tampering with evidence, illegal conveyance of a deadly weapon or dangerous ordnance in a school safety zone

AARON D. RICHARDSON, 27, of Wheelersburg, who was indicted on the charge of theft

ROBERT D. MADDEN, JR., 48, of Minford, who was indicted on three counts of nonsupport of dependents

DALE WESLEY, JR., 38, of Portsmouth, who was indicted on two counts of nonsupport of dependents

CHAD WINES, 38, of Wheelersburg, who was indicted on three counts of nonsupport of dependents

TREVOR OILER, 18, of Portsmouth, who was indicted on charges of receiving stolen property and possessing drug abuse instruments

JACY RIDEOUT, 25, of Portsmouth, who was indicted on charges of receiving stolen property and possessing drug abuse instruments

NICHOLAS J. FEAZELL, 22, of Portsmouth, who was indicted on charges of receiving stolen property and possessing drug abuse instruments

ELISHA D. BROWN, 34, of Portsmouth, who was indicted on charges of receiving stolen property and possessing drug abuse instruments

TYESHIA MAXON ROGERS, 29, of Portsmouth, who was indicted on the charge of arson

ADAM L. COLLINS, 37, of Portsmouth, who was indicted on charges of domestic violence and obstructing official business.

Scioto County Grand Jury meets each Friday.
