Hope over Heroin Comes to Portsmouth

The organization “Hope Over Heroin” is planning an event in Portsmouth on August 10-11 at Spartan Municipal Stadium. Hope Over Heroin is a faith- based initiative that brings the church to the streets to help communities and people who are struggling with addiction. They are based out of Ohio and conduct outreach rallies and marches in communities across the country. Their outreach staff have begun local planning meetings in preparation for this event and the next meeting will be held:

Hope Over Heroin brings the church to the streets uniting the resources of an entire community to reach those struggling with addiction.
