The City of Portsmouth is hosting a public meeting to discuss the one-way conversion of Front Street.
Currently, the City of Portsmouth is proposing a one-way conversion along Front Street
from Vine Street to Madison Street. The City has received funding for a multi-use path
along Front Street from the Ohio Department of Transportation. In order to accommodate residential parking, required width for the multi-use path and clearance between the murals and pedestrians the City of Portsmouth is proposing to eliminate east bound traffic from Madison Street to Vine Street.
